QUALITY CONTROL SET UP

  • Daily sampling & testing
  • Fully equipped laboratory to carry out various tests on concrete and raw materials.
  • Concrete mixes of various grades are designed in laboratory as per established procedures to comply with BIS specifications.
  • Compressive strength of concrete : Cubes are cast at the plant as well as at the site. Customer can therefore ascertain that the concrete he receives at his site has the designed strength.
  • Durability : Scientifically designed mixes to ensure better durability of the structures.
  • Workability : Slump is tested immediately after the production and at the time of pour. Required slump is ensured.

ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY

  • At the time of loading TM from the plant, our customers receives and instant report of the quality and weight of the grade which is loaded in TM.
  • Fast delivery of material on the site is managed by advanced GPS tracking system in our transporting vehicles.
  • The GPS system is very user friendly to track current location of vehicles, which helps to make planning and forecasting for timely deliver.
